Sesame Seared Tuna

The easiest, show-stopping, crowd-pleasing, healthy meal you can make.

Ingredients:

Tuna (lean loin preferred)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup each black and white sesame seeds
1 tsp wasabi paste
Olive oil

Directions:

  1. Marinate tuna in soy sauce

  2. Mix black and white sesame seeds together

  3. Remove excess soy from tuna, spread wasabi all over surface of fish

  4. Dip fish into sesame mixture, coat all sides heavily

  5. Heat non-stick pan on high. Add olive oil, reduce to medium-high.

  6. Sear fish 30 seconds per side, including edges if large piece.

  7. Cut against the grain

  8. Optional: serve with sriracha mayo and avocado
