Technically, no …but it’s very closely related! By day (and, often night) I am a restaurant marketing consultant. I manage the digital strategies of small to medium sized restaurants in the Toronto area. By grouping my unique culinary and marketing backgrounds into one, I am able to create and manage content for restaurants who often have tight budgets; contributing to a more effective online presence.

What’s the first thing you ever cooked?
I know it’s technically baking but: banana bread.
what do you love to cook for friends and family?
Crab cakes, banana bread, sweet and salty guacamole, macadamia-crusted black cod and, of course, CHEESE BOARDS.
What is your favourite dessert?
This is a very mood-dependent question but usually: anything warm with bananas, chocolate, caramel and nuts, served with vanilla ice cream.
